Working Principle:
When the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is operating, the movable cone performs a gyratory motion along the internal eccentric shaft. In the area where the movable cone approaches the fixed cone, the material is crushed by the squeezing and bending action of the movable cone. In the area where the movable cone moves away, the already crushed material falls under gravity from the bottom of the cone. The entire crushing and discharge process is carried out continuously and sequentially along the crushing cavity between the fixed cone and the movable cone. Several hydraulic cylinders and accumulators are evenly distributed around the machine body, and together with valves and pipelines, they serve the functions of tramp iron release protection and clearing the crushing chamber.
