Working Principle: During the operation of the HST series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, the electric motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device. The movable cone performs a gyratory motion under the forced action of the eccentric sleeve. The section where the movable cone approaches the fixed cone forms the crushing chamber, where the material is crushed by multiple times of squeezing and impacting between the movable cone and the fixed cone. When the movable cone moves away from this section, the material that has been crushed to the required size falls under its own gravity and is discharged from the bottom of the cone. The size of the discharge opening is regulated by the lifting and lowering of a single hydraulic cylinder at the bottom.
