The Heavy-Duty Jaw Crusher is mainly composed of the frame assembly, eccentric shaft rotation assembly, crushing chamber working assembly, safety device, and discharge opening adjustment device.
The motor drives the belt and pulley, which causes the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw swing back and forth, up and down. When the movable jaw pushes the movable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate, the material is crushed or split. When the movable jaw and movable jaw plate retreat under the action of the eccentric shaft and springs, the previously crushed or split material is discharged from the lower opening of the jaw plates. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw of the crusher periodically crushes and discharges the material, achieving batch production.
