The SC Series Jaw Crusher operates using a toggle-motion extrusion method. The motor drives the pulley to transmit power, which causes the eccentric shaft to move the movable jaw back and forth, up and down. When the movable jaw moves upward, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw increases, pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. Simultaneously, the material is crushed or split, achieving the purpose of crushing. When the movable jaw moves downward, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw decreases, and the movable jaw plate moves away from the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring. At this point, the crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. As the motor rotates continuously, the movable jaw of the crusher performs a periodic motion to crush and discharge material, achieving continuous production.
