Working Principle
The HGT Gyratory Crusher is mainly composed of the beam assembly, upper, middle, and lower frame assemblies, movable cone assembly, eccentric sleeve assembly, transmission assembly, and hydraulic cylinder assembly.
During operation, the motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate. The horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through gears, and the eccentric sleeve then drives the movable cone assembly to perform a circular swinging motion, thereby realizing continuous extrusion and crushing of the stones.
The size of the discharge opening can be adjusted by the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the movable cone, facilitating the adjustment of the product size. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides tramp iron protection. When an uncrushable object enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically lower the movable cone to release the object and protect the crusher.

- Intelligent Monitoring and Maintenance: Real-time monitoring of oil level, oil temperature, oil pressure, flow rate, and movable cone position in key parts of the hydraulic and lubrication systems enables rapid fault diagnosis and timely repair, greatly reducing downtime. Real-time monitoring of the drive shaft bearing temperature allows for timely detection of abnormalities and maintenance, extending the bearing’s service life. Real-time monitoring of the material level in the feed hopper prevents material blockage to protect the safe operation of the main machine. Features internet connectivity, allowing for real-time remote monitoring of equipment status and the use of historical data for automatic analysis and process optimization.
