It is a new generation sand making machine characterized by energy efficiency, high output, high energy utilization, excellent product particle shape, convenient maintenance and overhaul, and wide application, meeting the needs of modern sand and aggregate production.

Working Principle:
Material enters the sand making machine through the feed hopper and is divided into two parts by the distributor. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the center of the distributor, where it is rapidly accelerated—with an acceleration reaching hundreds of times the acceleration of gravity. It is then ejected from the three evenly distributed flow channels of the impeller at a speed of $60 \text{ to } 70 \text{ m/s}$. It first impacts the material liner in the vortex crushing chamber, is rebounded by the material liner, and impacts the top of the vortex chamber diagonally upwards. It then changes its direction of motion and deflects downwards, forming a continuous material curtain with the material ejected from the impeller channels. In this way, a single piece of material is subjected to two or more impacts, friction, and grinding actions within the vortex crushing chamber. The crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge opening. Throughout the entire crushing process, the material impacts and crushes itself without direct contact with metal components. Instead, the crushing and pulverizing occurs through impact and friction with the material liner, which reduces angle contamination and extends the service life of the mechanical wear parts. The clever self-circulation of the airflow inside the vortex chamber eliminates dust pollution.
