This solution features a modular primary crushing station designed to process large raw ore (typically ≤800mm in size) from mines, performing initial crushing and screening to provide qualified feedstock for subsequent secondary and fine crushing processes. Engineers adopted a “jaw crusher + screening + full-steel-frame” coarse crushing solution—a highly efficient, robust, flexible, and environmentally modernized primary crushing system for mining. It is particularly suited for medium-to-large-scale aggregate or mining projects requiring rapid commissioning, future relocation, and operational stability.

- Heavy-Duty Vibrating Screen: Positioned post-jaw crusher to classify crushed mixed materials.
- Full-Steel-Frame Design: The entire station (including feeder, jaw crusher, screen, conveyor, platforms, etc.) is integrated into a large, sturdy steel base. This modular solution eliminates extensive concrete foundations, offering a turnkey approach.
