Working Principle:
The impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. During operation, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed. When the material enters the action area of the blow bar, it is struck and crushed by the blow bars on the rotor, then thrown onto the impact device for secondary crushing. It then rebounds from the impact liner back to the blow bar action area for re-crushing. This process repeats, and the material, from large to small, enters the first, second, and third impact chambers for continuous crushing until it is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the outlet. Adjusting the gap between the impact rack and the rotor can achieve the purpose of changing the final product particle size and shape.
