Project Introduction:

With the accelerating pace of infrastructure development across Central Asia, the demand for high-quality aggregates continues to surge. Recently, a new client in Uzbekistan introduced an advanced granite crushing and sand-making production line, marking a crucial step for the country in boosting its self-sufficiency in local construction materials and improving engineering quality. This project not only meets the domestic growth in building and transportation construction needs but also serves as a vital engine for driving local economic development and technological upgrade

Equipment Configuration and Solution

The production line adopts internationally advanced process design, with core equipment including a Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher (Jaw Crusher), Hydraulic Cone Crusher (Cone Crusher), Multi-Layer Vibrating Screen, and High-Efficiency Sand Washer. This configuration forms a complete solution that is highly efficient, energy-saving, and intelligent.

  1. Coarse Crushing Stage: Large blocks of granite raw material are uniformly and continuously fed into the Jaw Crusher by the Vibrating Feeder for primary crushing. This ensures stable feeding and protects the downstream equipment.
  2. Medium-Fine Crushing Stage: The coarsely crushed material is conveyed via belt to a high-performance Hydraulic Cone Crusher. This equipment uses the laminated crushing principle to efficiently process high-hardness granite, producing aggregates with superior particle shape and low flakiness and elongation index. This provides a quality guarantee for subsequent sand production and concrete quality.
  3. Screening and Closed-Loop Cycle: The crushed material enters the Multi-Layer Vibrating Screen for classification. Aggregates that meet specifications (such as 0-5 mm, 5-10 mm, 10-20 mm, etc.) are separated. The 0-5 mm fines proceed to the sand-making process, while oversized material is returned to the Cone Crusher for re-crushing, forming a closed-loop system to ensure stable finished product quality.
  4. Sand Making and Washing: An Impact Sand Maker is used to finely crush the fines, producing manufactured sand that meets construction standards. The finished sand is then cleaned by a Sand Washer to effectively remove stone powder and impurities, yielding clean, high-quality sand and aggregate products that fully satisfy the requirements for high-standard concrete and road construction.
  5. The entire production line features a high degree of automation and stable operation, with a capacity of up to 200 TPH. Product gradation can be flexibly adjusted according to client demand, fully embodying the modern production philosophy of “high efficiency, high quality, and low energy consumption.”

Positive Impact on Uzbekistan

  1. Promoting Self-Reliance in Infrastructure Construction: The high-quality aggregates produced by this line will directly serve Uzbekistan’s road, railway, bridge, and urban construction projects, reducing reliance on imported construction materials, lowering engineering costs, and accelerating the construction progress of major strategic projects like the “China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway.”
  2. Driving Economic and Employment Growth: The project’s construction and operation create a large number of technical jobs and demand for supporting services, stimulating the development of upstream and downstream industrial chains, and effectively boosting regional economic growth and resident income.
  3. Elevating Technical Capabilities and Environmental Standards: The introduction of advanced crushing and sand-making technology and equipment helps to improve Uzbekistan’s technical level in the fields of mining machinery application and construction material production. Furthermore, the modern production line is equipped with environmental facilities for dust suppression and noise reduction, making it greener and more environmentally friendly compared to traditional quarries, thereby supporting the country’s sustainable development goals.
  4. Enhancing Regional Interconnectivity Potential: The localized production of high-quality construction materials provides a solid material foundation for Uzbekistan to further participate in cross-border infrastructure cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative (such as the new Eurasian corridor connecting to Georgia), strengthening its status as a regional logistics hub.
