Characterized by energy efficiency, long service life, and wide application, it assists large sand plants in moving towards scaled and centralized production to meet national requirements for environmental protection and production capacity.

River pebbles, granite, basalt, iron ore, limestone, calcite, quartz, diabase, coal, calcium carbide, etc.
Working Principle:
The motor drives the main shaft of the bearing cylinder’s transmission section for high-speed rotation. Simultaneously, the rotor rotates at high speed with the main shaft. Material entering the impeller is accelerated and then ejected into the crushing chamber, where it impacts and abrades against the material liner formed within the chamber. The kinetic energy gained by the accelerated material is converted into the energy required for crushing or shaping the material. The material repeatedly cycles within the crushing chamber, undergoing multiple stages of crushing and shaping under the influence of the surrounding gas vortex, thereby achieving continuous crushing and shaping. The finished material is discharged from the lower part of the machine. This crushing method is known as “rock-on-rock” and is primarily used for material shaping.
In addition, the equipment is also equipped with a “rock-on-iron” crushing method. Unlike the rock-on-rock method, in this mode, the material ejected from the rotor impacts the counter-blocks installed in the crushing chamber. The energy gained by the accelerated material is converted into the energy needed for crushing upon collision with the counter-blocks. After the impact, the material is discharged directly from the lower part of the machine, making multiple-cycle crushing in the chamber impossible. This crushing method is mainly suitable for applications where the primary goal is crushing (to provide a high crushing ratio).
