F5X is developed on the basis of international advanced design concept and manufacturing process. It has a vibration intensity of 4.5g, 30% higher than traditional type and has larger processing capacity under same circumstances.
It has strong chute structure which can bear high hopper pressure, heavy impact load and meet coarse material feeding requirements.It can meet the harsh application requirements: high performance, heavy duty, frequent start and stop, frequency conversion.
Its spare parts have high interchangeability and lubrication maintenance duration can be 1500 hours.Rod structure adopts a combination welding of NM wear-resistant steel and ordinary steel, which has a long service life, high screen efficiency, and convenient installation and adjustment. F5X series have four configuration of rod and grizzly bar to meet different application demands.
