The PFC Series Impact Crusher is the latest generation of product from our company’s engineers, designed by integrating the most up-to-date international impact crusher technology, endowing it with world-class quality. It utilizes world-class manufacturing processes and selects the highest-grade production materials. The heavy-duty rotor design, coupled with strict testing procedures, ensures a high-quality rotor. The rotor is the “heart” of the crusher and is the most rigorously inspected component of an impact crusher, playing a crucial role in its operation. Therefore, the company has developed and produced a robust, heavy-duty rotor structure to achieve higher rotational inertia. High-wear-resistant materials and an optimal crushing chamber ensure the exceptional performance of the crusher. The bearing seat adopts an integral cast steel structure, and the unique blow bar fixing device enhances the reliability of the blow bars. The improved adjustment device reduces downtime and maintenance time. The self-contained top-opening device allows for rapid replacement of wear parts, such as the blow bars. Larger and higher-capacity bearings are selected. Analysis is performed on the rotor to ensure stability and reliability.
Application Fields:
Metallurgy, mining, cement, chemical, and other industrial sectors, as well as high-speed road construction, water conservancy projects, and civil engineering fields.
Applicable Materials:
Ores and rocks with a compressive strength not exceeding $300 \text{ Mpa}$ and a surface moisture content not greater than $8\% \text{ to } 10\%$.
Working Principle:
This machine is a crushing mechanism that uses impact energy to crush materials. When the material enters the blow bar action zone, it is crushed by the high-speed impact of the blow bars and is thrown onto the impact device installed above the rotor for secondary crushing. It then rebounds from the impact liner back to the blow bar action zone for re-crushing. This process repeats until the material is crushed to the required particle size and is discharged from the bottom of the machine. Adjusting the gap between the impact rack and the rotor frame can achieve the goal of changing the material particle size and shape. This machine utilizes a spring safety device behind the impact plate, which allows the front and rear impact racks to retreat when non-crushable material enters the crushing chamber, enabling the non-crushable material to be discharged from the machine.
